- Increasing the average life expectancy of the population;
- Further bringing primary health care services closer to the population;
- Improving the effectiveness of prevention and treatment of hereditary diseases in children;
- Reducing maternal and child mortality, ensuring a healthy childhood;
- Early diagnosis of oncological diseases and reduction of mortality rate;
- Improving the prevention of non-communicable diseases;

- Formation of proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle among the population;
- Widespread implementation of digital technologies in the field of medicine.
1.3. Social service delivery and poverty reduction reforms
- Radical improvement of the professional social services provision system;
- Creation of a new system to support persons with disabilities, as well as the formation of a comfortable and
favourable environment for them;
- Improvement of the social protection system for children;
- Strengthening the system of support for women, ensuring their rights and legitimate interests, increasing
women's social, economic and political activity and ensuring gender equality;
- Comprehensive support for representatives of the older generation;
- Reducing the poverty level in the country;
- Ensuring employment of the population with income-generating labour, improving the social insurance
system;
- Training of citizens for a profession at the state's expense, development of their professional skills and
qualifications in the use of modern equipment and technologies.

- Development of activities and strengthening of the material and technical base of cultural organisations,
support for employees of the sphere, and development of visual and applied arts;
- Development of the national cinematography.
